Any kind of non-modest gestures, inappropriate actions, and speech towards our staff or therapists will not be tolerated. It will be reported to the proper authorities under the onsite policies and management guidelines.
Punctuality:
Arrive atleast 15 minutes before your scheduled appointments to
properly fill up our massage information form and, avoid causing delays for other clients.
If you are running late, please inform the centeras soon as possible so that alternative arrangements can be made.
Personal Hygiene:
Prior to visiting our spa therapy center, ensure that you are clean and have good personal hygiene. Follow any specific hygiene instructions provided by the spa, such as showering before certain treatments.
Respect for Others:
Treat all staff members, therapists, and fellow clients with respect and courtesy. Avoid engaging in any form of verbal, physical, or sexual harassment. Maintain appropriate boundaries and personal space at all times.
Privacy and Confidentiality:
Do not disclose personal or confidential information about others without their consent.
Spa therapists will maintain confidentiality regarding any personal information shared during treatments.
Communication:
Clearly communicate your preferences, concerns, or any relevant medical conditions to the spa staff or therapist. Provide feedback in a constructive and respectful manner to help us improve our services.
Payment and Cancellation:
Adhere to the spa's payment policies and settle any outstanding bills promptly.
Notify the spa at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Personal Belongings:
Take responsibility for your personal belongings during your visit. The spa is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
Compliance with Spa Policies:
Familiarize yourself with and comply with all spa policies and guidelines. Report any concerns or violations of the code of conduct to the spa management.
Failure to comply with this code of conduct may result in the termination of spa services and may restrict access to the spa therapy center in the future
Peace and Tranquility:
Help keep the environment quiet by minimizing noise throughout the premises.
During treatment, keep your electronic devices such as mobile phones, etc. on silent mode
Cleanliness and Hygiene:
Help keep the environment clean and hygienic by properly disposing of waste in the designated bins.
No Smoking and Drinking:
Smoking & Drinking inside the premises is strictly prohibited.
