Chaitanya Health & Wellness - Naturopathy Clinic Center is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring the overall success of our sales department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the health and wellness industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of the local market and customer trends
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team
